NPS will pick firm to remove 2 dams

The Elwha Dam, shown here, will be removed as part of a package that also includes removing the Glines Canyon Dam.

The National Park Service is moving forward with choosing a contractor to remove the Elwha and Glines Canyon dams on the Olympic Peninsula.
