SEATTLE — A city design review board on Monday recommended that the Department of Planning and Development approve Skanska USA's Stone34 project.
Located at 3400 Stone Way N., it is the second building in the city's Living Building pilot program. The program requires buildings to use at least 75 percent less energy and water than a typical building. Buildings also must capture and reuse 50 percent or more stormwater.
