Work starts on Ore. Apple data center

PRINEVILLE, Ore. (AP) — Contractors have begun leveling ground and pouring concrete for the foundation of an Apple data center at Prineville in Central Oregon

The Bend Bulletin reports that building permits were approved Oct. 19 for the 338,000-square-foot building, and the work started shortly after that.
