Historic Big Spring hotel reopens in Texas
BIG SPRING, Texas (AP) — A historic hotel in the West Texas town of Big Spring has been restored after being closed for almost four decades.
The Hotel Settles reopened on Friday with a ceremonial floor-by-floor lighting.
