Ore. city to start 2 water projects
ALBANY, Ore. (AP) — Two watershed projects are set to begin in Albany: native planting in the flood plain this winter and dam removal in the spring.
The Democrat-Herald reports the dam removal from Cox Creek will improve fish habitat.
