PORTLAND (AP) — Firefighters decided to cut through a parking garage wall to rescue a woman who somehow got wedged between two buildings Wednesday morning in downtown Portland.
Firefighters were called about 4 a.m. after a passer-by heard a scream and the woman was found in a tight space at the Gretchen Kafoury Commons.
