Plans on hold for $400M power plant

LONGVIEW, Cowlitz County (AP) — Plans for a $400 million natural gas-fueled power plant at Kalama are on hold after one of the partners dropped out of the project.

Energy Northwest says it's looking for another company to replace Canada-based Veresen, which withdrew last month due to market conditions.
