Cobra BEC has a tiered incentive program to reward employees for safe work practices.
Cobra Building Envelope Contractors
Every single meeting starts with a talk about safety issues that is how important safety is to Cobra BEC.
Crews are recognized and rewarded for reporting near misses, injuries and accidents. Field employees will recognize a hazard on their specific site and email it out so that other crews can be made aware immediately if that same hazard exists on their site.
Cobra employees are rewarded in front of their peers for safe work practices. To recognize hours worked safely, Cobra BEC has a tiered incentive program for employees that involves embroidered jackets, paid days off or vacations. At Cobra BEC, all employees take great pride in their achievements for safe work practices.
Cobra BEC has been an AGC Safety Team member since 2000.
