McKinstry finds big savings by doing work in the shop, not on the job site

    This skid contains the hot water system for a school. It was made in McKinstry’s shop and will be almost complete when it is shipped to the school.

    Dean Allen is building things differently these days by thinking more like a manufacturer and less like a contractor, and he says it's saving his customers money.
