First Western plans Northgate complex

SEATTLE — First Western Development Services of Edmonds has filed plans with the city to build office and parking structures on a site at 2150 N. 107th St. in Northgate.

The proposal is for an 86,100-square-foot, six-story office building and an eight-story parking garage. A five-story office building on the site built in 1974 would be renovated.
