Spokane courthouse renovation cuts energy use in half

Five Hydrotherm KN-20 gas-fired condensing boilers were installed as part of the renovation.

One-year test results show better-than-expected energy savings from a $42 million renovation and retrofit of the 46-year-old Thomas S. Foley United States Courthouse in Spokane.
