New $32M building for Colville tribes

NESPELEM — The Confederated Tribes of Colville Reservation are preparing to replace a tribal government facility that was destroyed in a fire last summer with a new $32 million complex on the reservation near Nespelem.

They are seeking qualifications by Friday from general contractors to build a two-story, 140,000-square-foot structure. Site work is expected to begin in May, and construction in July.
