Bertha's launch frame coming out of pit

Workers are cutting up the launch frame and attaching lifting anchors to 13 temporary concrete rings.

Seattle Tunnel Partners has started removing the giant metal frame that launched Bertha, the broken tunnel boring machine that remains stuck 60 feet underground near the Seattle waterfront.
