City Light hooking up electrical for Melrose project

Seattle City Light crews are installing underground infrastructure that will bring electrical service to Madison Development Group's apartment and retail development at 301 E. Pine St. on Capitol Hill. The site is on Melrose Avenue between East Pine and Pike streets.
