School gets grant for $20M project

SEATTLE — The C. Keith Birkenfeld Memorial Trust, managed by The Seattle Foundation, awarded a $500,000 grant to Hamlin Robinson School for constructing a new school.

Hamlin Robinson School recently broke ground on the $20 million, 45,000-square-foot project at 1701 S. 20th St. in Seattle. NAC Architecture designed the building and general contractor Kirtley-Cole Associates expects to finish next June.
