WSDOT opens new Sprague ramps in Tacoma

WSDOT on Sunday opened two on-ramps connecting South Sprague Avenue to Interstate 5 in Tacoma. The ramps were the last major piece of the $114 million eastbound state Route 16 project being built by Mowat Construction.
