105 studio units planned on First Hill

SEATTLE — Johnson & Carr LLC filed plans with the city to build a seven-story apartment building at Boylston Avenue and East Union Street on First Hill. The address is 1404 Boylston Ave.

The proposal is for an L-shaped building with 105 studio units, a rooftop deck and no parking.
