Service helps towns fund infrastructure

OLYMPIA — A new resource is available to communities looking for help financing local public infrastructure projects.

The Washington State Public Works Board announced the new initiative, called FirstStop. It's a collection of tools and services to refer communities to financial, technical and training resources.
