Design meeting set for Selig tower

SEATTLE — The city will get its first look at a proposal by Martin Selig Real Estate to build a residential tower at 2031 Third Ave. in Belltown.

Current plans are for a 36-story tower with 272,100 square feet of office space, 143 housing units and 250 underground parking spaces.
