ANCHORAGE (AP) — A federal judge has ordered the Environmental Protection Agency to halt work on additional steps to protect Bristol Bay from damage from potential large-scale mining.
KTUU-TV (http://bit.ly/1AQ489L) reports U.S. District Court Judge H. Russell Holland on Monday granted a preliminary injunction to Pebble Ltd. Partnership in its lawsuit against the EPA.
