Project: 17-story, 140,500-square-foot, 208-room hotel with 4,600 square feet of retail on the ground level; parking for 70 vehicles at and below grade; two structures to be demolished; facade of Terminal Sales Annex will be preserved; environmental review and early design guidance have been conducted under project 3007606; Mark Modawell of Columbia West Properties is the financially responsible party

Action: A Seattle design-review board will hold a second early design guidance meeting at 5:30 p.m. June 2 at Seattle City Hall, Room L280, 601 Fifth Ave., Seattle
