Poe Construction recently finished a 75,100-square-foot concrete tilt-up building for Square One Distribution at 35214 S.E. Center St. in Snoqualmie Ridge Business Park.

Square One designs and makes water skis, wakeboards and accessories under the Ronix and Radar brands. It was previously based in Issaquah.

The new building has 60,500 square feet of 36-foot clear height warehouse and 14,600 square feet of office space. Crews stained and sealed the concrete floors in the three-story office.

Panattoni Development Co. was the development manager.

Craft Architects designed the building. Other team members were: Shutler Consulting Engineers (structural); Barghausen Consulting Engineers (civil); Brumbaugh & Associates (landscape architect); and Terra-Associates (geotechnical).

Poe's team was led by senior project manager Tim Mattson and superintendent Jeff King.
