PORTLAND (AP) — Criminal mischief charges have been filed against a man accused of breaking windows at Portland's City Hall.
Sgt. Pete Simpson says officers were flagged down Sunday near the federal courthouse, where 45-year-old Kevin McQueen was allegedly throwing rocks at the windows. Simpson says McQueen broke nine windows at City Hall, which is near the courthouse.
McQueen was booked into the Multnomah County Jail.
