Pierce Co. planning is going paperless

TACOMA — Later this month, Pierce County's Planning and Land Services department will no longer require paper applications, drawings and other documents.

Instead, the department will only require electronic copies. The move is expected to benefit applicants by speeding processing, reducing trips to the Annex building, and providing immediate access to review comments and documents.
