Turner Construction Co. provided pre-construction and construction services for a 12-story office building shell and core and 317,000-square-foot tenant-improvement project.
The building is part of Amazon.com’s headquarters expansion in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood.
This project included private and open offices, conference rooms and break areas on floors three through 12. The first floor has a reception area, interview rooms and a commissary kitchen, while the second floor houses training rooms, usability labs, a podcast room and a cafe.
