Richland potato plant expanding

EAGLE, Idaho — ConAgra Foods said the Lamb Weston division is expanding its Richland plant with a new french fry processing line that will cost more than $200 million and add 128 full time positions.

Construction will begin immediately and it will open in the fall of 2017, increasing annual capacity by more than 300 million pounds.
