Continental starts 137 Bellevue units

BELLEVUE — Continental Properties broke ground last week on its 137-unit apartment building on the site of the old 24-unit Sumiyoshi Apartments, which were built in 1969.

Continental bought the 45,000-square-foot site at 1000 100th Ave. N.E. last year for $11.8 million.
