TUMWATER — Workers' compensation premiums are going up next year, but it's not too bad: the typical company will pay .7 percent more, or about $10 per worker for the year. Most workers will not see an increase in their share of the premiums.
“Injured workers are able to stay at work or return to work faster, and the number of workers on long-term disability is dropping,” said L&I Director Joel Sacks in a news release.
