PCL Construction Services

In its Seattle office, PCL Construction Services promoted Jared Gothard to assistant project manager and added Patrick Webber as project manager, Doug Sprute as senior estimator, Mel Rostron as manager of the health and safety program, Richard Femenella as superintendent and Brent Siegfried as field engineer. Gothard started with PCL in 2012, and has worked on the Cielo and Potala towers, the South 200th Link extension and several airport projects. Webber transfered from PCL's Hawaii office, where he worked for 15 years. Sprute also spent several years in the Hawaii office, and has been with PCL since 1994. Rostron has run safety programs at PCL's Hawaii and California offices since 2008. Femenella joined the company in 2014 and spent the last few years working for the Transportation Infrastructure Group on the South 200th Link extension. Siegfried recently earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Washington State University.
