DSA: Construction here now tops $5B

SEATTLE — The city is seeing a record $5 billion in construction activity downtown, according to the Downtown Seattle Association.

The group just released its 2017 Mid-Year Development Guide, which notes that more than 30,000 residential units are under construction or in development.
