In Seattle, Lease Crutcher Lewis hired Jerry Kessler as superintendent; Kate Legg as people services, senior generalist; Chad Tuthill as site safety coordinator; and Jordan Pierce, Keith Cox, Matt Smith, Josh Beloit and Moxie Oseland as project engineers. Kessler has 21 years of construction experience, with a focus on Class A tenant improvements. Legg has seven years of people services expertise in the U.S. and U.K. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Penn State and a master's degree in human resources and employee relations from the University of Western Australia. Tuthill interned at Lewis last year while earning his bachelor's degree in safety and health management at Central Washington University. Pierce has three years of industry experience and holds a bachelor's degree in construction management and business administration from Western Carolina University. Cox holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Michigan State University, and spent the past 4.5 years on jobs including the 520 Bridge replacement. Smith has five years of construction experience. He is a graduate of the construction management program at the University of Washington, where he was CM student of the year in 2012. Beloit served in the U.S. Navy police, then spent a decade operating equipment and working as a project engineer. He holds a certificate in construction management from Pierce College. Oseland recently earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Gonzaga University. His past work has ranged from operating precision machine tools to an engineering internship at Boeing.
