Hyatt Regency Lake Washington opened at 1053 Lake Washington Blvd. N. in Renton, on a 5.5-acre lakefront site on Lake Washington.
The 12-story hotel is part of SECO Development's Southport development. It has 347 guest rooms and a 60,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space.
Amenities include a 24-hour gym, yoga room, saline pool and a spa. A private club on the second floor offers event space and a boardroom with waterfront views.
Water's Table is an Asian-inspired restaurant with a lakeside kitchen and bar.
The design uses feng shui principles to balance the surrounding water, forests, mountains and sky.
Southport will also have apartments, three office towers and retail.
