Open house for Bellevue rail base

BELLEVUE — Sound Transit is holding an open house Thursday night covering the design and construction of its $449.2 million Operations and Maintenance Facility East in Bellevue.

The design-build project broke ground last month along 120th Avenue Northeast in the Spring District, and the team is getting building permits while progressing through final design. Hensel Phelps and VIA Architecture lead the team.
