City forms new team to fight electric vault fires

The old way was just to let fires burn out. The new method robs fires of oxygen, and keeps them from spreading.

Seattle firefighters gave a demonstration yesterday at City Light's North Service Center on a better way to put out fires in underground electrical vaults.
