Tukwila Village Senior Living

Tukwila Village is opening the first of two senior apartment buildings that will be part of a mixed-use neighborhood at 144th Street and Tukwila International Boulevard.

When finished, the buildings will be five and six stories tall, with 193 senior apartments, offices, retail and space for the headquarters of Senior Housing Assistance Group. The first building is open, and leasing is underway. The second building is schedule to open this fall.

Tukwila Village also has a King County Library branch, a community center, Kona Kai Coffee and an outdoor plaza.

Two more buildings are scheduled to open in 2019 and 2020, housing 205 apartments, a restaurant, more retail and live/work units.
