$75M interchange for Totem Lake

KIRKLAND — WSDOT is planning a half-diamond interchange to alleviate traffic in the Totem Lake area.

The project would build a new on-ramp to northbound Interstate 405 and a new off-ramp from southbound I-405 at Northeast 132nd Street.
