General contractor Lease Crutcher Lewis promoted Royse Cozzens to superintendent, and hired Francesca Perry as people services coordinator, Shanti Sanders as accounts payable specialist, Doug Klassen as VDC coordinator and Venkata Gudimetla as BIM detailer. Cozzens has been in construction since 1999 and with Lewis since 2014. He is working on a project for Washington Trust Bank. Perry has two years of human resources experience, and holds a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies in human capital from Michigan State University. Sanders has a background in communications, and holds a bachelor's in public relations from Central Washington University. Klassen has a master's in architecture and has been an architect for the last 10 years. He is working on the Capitol Hill Station TOD project. Gudimetla, EIT, earned his master's in construction engineering management at the University of Texas Arlington, and his bachelor's in civil engineering at Andhra University.
