Graham bids $455M for SR 520 project

SEATTLE — Graham Contracting has submitted the apparent best value proposal for the first stage of the state Route 520 “Rest of the West” project.

The design-build project will involve construction of a new Montlake interchange, a landscaped lid over SR 520, a bicycle-pedestrian land bridge east of the lid, and a West Approach Bridge South for eastbound traffic.
