Assembly 118

Assembly 118 is a 359-unit, mixed-use building in Seattle’s Othello neighborhood at 4200 S. Othello St.

Originally called Othello Station North, the name was changed to Assembly 118 to incorporate the last three digits of the local zip code.

The project celebrates the neighborhood’s mix of cultures with vibrant colors and community space, including a small plaza with Edison light bulbs overhead and a large community room on the ground floor.

The building includes studio, one- and two-bedroom units, as well as live/work units and commercial space. Residents also have access to a gym, and a rooftop space with a dog run and patio areas.

Parking is available for around 260 vehicles.

Rents range from $1,350 for a 480-square-foot studio, to $2,300 for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom 1,200-square-foot apartment.
