A 46,360-square-foot remodel has created a new home for Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue at 11950 Bel-Red Road.
The project called for an 18,186-square-foot addition, upgrades to a 28,175-square-foot building, and significant site improvements.
The addition includes a showroom, customer lounge, enclosed service drive, offices, and training and conference room. The service area was remodeled to meet Mercedes-Benz operations criteria and design requirements.
Planning and phasing allowed the business to remain fully operational while the building was upgraded.
Owner: Barrier Motors, Bellevue
Contractor: Foushee, Bellevue
