Boeing Employees Credit Union has finished the first phase of remodeling its headquarters at 12770 Gateway Drive in Tukwila.

The tenant improvement project covers 150,000 square feet in the six-story building. The first phase involved finishing two floors.

The overall project will include interior demolition, new partitions, ceilings, finishes and lighting. A complete overhaul of the exterior parking lot, pathways and landscaping is scheduled for the fourth phase.

Engineer: DCI Engineers

Retail experience design: Phinney Bischoff
