Local projects win ASLA top honors

The American Society of Landscape Architects is slated to present four of the highest awards in landscape architecture to Seattle projects and landscape architects during its annual meeting in San Francisco, Oct. 6-9, it said in a news release.

“Seattle is one of the most beautiful cities in the world, and this is reflected in the number of projects and landscape architects receiving top honors year after year,” said Patrick W. Caughey, FASLA, president of the Society, in the release. “This year's awards continue that tradition with private organizations and public places incorporating thoughtful, innovative designs for Seattle residents to enjoy.”
