Mountlake Terrace eyes green strategy
MOUNTLAKE TERRACE — The Mountlake Terrace Planning Commission has approved a plan to encourage green building.
The proposed sustainability strategy features ways for the city to take care of the environment and achieving community livability. Code updates have also been proposed to encourage farmers' markets, green building and less pervious surfaces for commercial parking.
