2201 Westlake gets LEED gold

Vulcan Real Estate's 2201 Westlake in South Lake Union has earned LEED gold certification. The 450,000-square-foot mixed-use project has 300,000 square feet of office space, 135 luxury condos called Enso, 25,000 square feet of street-level retail and underground parking.
