This Thursday is World Toilet Day

KING COUNTY — On Nov. 19, King County will celebrate World Toilet Day with free tours of its West Point Treatment Plant.

During tours, the public will learn about wastewater treatment and its role in protecting public health, the environment and quality of life. Tours run from 2 to 4 p.m. at the plant at 1400 Utah St., W. Pre-registration is required. To register, contact Casey Plank at (206) 263-6028.
