Dan Foster to head Lake Roosevelt park

COULEE DAM, Okanogan County — Dan Foster has been selected as the new superintendent for Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area and Ice Age Floods National Geologic Trail.

He begins work at Coulee Dam in February.
