ZGF says UCSD project will be world's first carbon-neutral lab

The J. Craig Venter Institute, a not-for-profit genomics research institute, is building what it says will be the world's first carbon-neutral laboratory. The 45,000-square-foot adaptable wet laboratory and computational lab building will be at the University of California, San Diego.
