Bullitt, Unico win green awards

SEATTLE — Two Seattle companies earned the inaugural Green Lease Leaders award for property owners, tenants and brokers that promote energy efficiency.

Unico Properties and the Bullitt Foundation were two of the 14 firms recognized nationally by the award, which was created by the Institute for Market Transformation and the U.S. Department of Energy's Better Buildings Alliance.
