Idaho town ordered to expand sewers

HAGERMAN, Idaho (AP) — The small southern Idaho town of Hagerman is facing millions of dollars in fines from the Environmental Protection Agency if it doesn't expand its sewer system.

But city officials say the expansion will cost $4 million and the city doesn't have the money. The Times-News (http://bit.ly/1yjsjx3 ) reports that a bond issue will go before voters on Nov. 4.
