VANCOUVER (AP) — Unions have endorsed plans for an oil train terminal at the Port of Vancouver that would ship crude oil down the Columbia River.
The Columbian reports (http://bit.ly/ZxSpwf) the Columbia Pacific Building Trades Council, Pacific Northwest Regional Council of Carpenters and International Union of Operating Engineers said Thursday they reached an agreement to ensure the terminal would be built with union labor.
